What sort of skills and personality would be necessary to be a business management major?

I'm considering a major in business management and a minor in social work or non profit management so I can one day start a non profit charity, but I don't know if I'm up to the math. What sorts of math are part of this and how hard is it? Is it a useful major to have?What sort of skills and personality would be necessary to be a business management major?
