What kind of job can I get with a degree in Engineering Management?

It's a dual program. Half of my studies focus on an engineering program and the other half on business management. My engineering focus is in Materials Science and Engineering. What kind of job could I get with this degree? Could I be a canidate for project engineer?What kind of job can I get with a degree in Engineering Management?
