I'm a voting Tax paying USA citizen. I work so that others can draw a check from the government, welfare, social security, disabled, retired military, retired small business owners, or enrolled native American Indian tribal members and to help clean up BP's mess.What is FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) doing to help with the ecological disaster?
FEMA has never been well funded. Presidents treat FEMA head appointments like low level ambassadors. Most of FEMA's resources are at the local and state level and are poorly coordinated. Congress is to blame.
