Not very good, to be honest. It is a bad time for the tourism industry, and jobs are very hard to come by. It's a one in a thousand shot that you would get a management position on first application, with no working experience. More likely, you would be hired for something like Front Desk Supervisor, which is a low-level position. Right out of school, you would be VERY fortunate to get more than $30k per year. More likely, you would start between $10 and $12 per hour, and that's for the supervisor position. If you had to accept a Front Desk Agent job, expect more like $8 or $9 per hour. Moving up in the hotel industry is very slow right now, because the industry just isn't growing. It's not expected to start growing until mid-2013, if we're lucky.
