What is a good BOM management system for a small business?

Right now our company is using excel for inventory management and it's a mess, very unorganized and very inaccurate. The Owner of the company does not want to invest in an expensive BOM management system but there has to be something cheap out there. Something that doesn't cost monthly/yearly fees.What is a good BOM management system for a small business?
You can take a look at inFlow Inventory. It is a basic inventory system that has all the esstenials.



They have a Free version that is free forever, but limits to 100 products and customers. The software itself is very easy to use and fast to install.
