What steps would a person take to prepare for an interview for a management position in a large corporation?

I would like to know the steps that a person would take to prepare for an interview for a management position at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Or is every interview for a management position the same? Please can anyone help?? Thanks! What steps would a person take to prepare for an interview for a management position in a large corporation?
Excellent question. Steps to take are:

1) dress professionally

2) know the company, do research online. Know the CEO, headquarters, number of stores, their philosophy, etc.

3) know the answers to the usual questions, such as why Walmart, what do you bring to the table, have you handled money before, explain what have you done to difuse past negative situations with customers

4) bring a few resumes with you. If you have any personal recommendations(past employers, priest, family friend, business associate), bring copies

5) smile, keep eye-to-eye contact, sit up straight, shake hands like you mean it, know what you are talking about

If you excel in these 5 things, the odds are you will get the job over the next guy.
