What is the best member management software out there?

- Something that can be accessible by a mac is preferred but please don't let that stop you from suggesting software for windows.

- I am doing this in order to create a manageable alumni association for my school, so if you have any other suggestions that aren't member management software it would be greatly appreciated.What is the best member management software out there?
