In the state of Florida? I have called just about everyone that I could, and have gotten different answers every time. I am looking to start a property management company for vacation properties in Florida, in which I would manage the rental of that property. What license, if any, is needed in the state of Florida?What license do you need to handle management of vacation rental properties?
Real Estate Licsense, plus do u hav any networking contacts to ask advice, suggestions, or intern in order to develop the necessary skill to manage properties???? Any college???? Anybody can buy property, but it takes a determined, business-minded, hungry indivudual to be successful in maintaining several properties, especially vacation properties.
