I want to have a career in banking. But I do not want to go the path of finance, such as being financial advisor, financial analyst, investment banker, etc.
What I want is to work in the management field, and work my way up to top management. What can I do in order to get into management instead of financing? Do I start as a branch manager or what? What are the steps?How to start management career path in a bank?
a bank is in finance, and u cannt be a bank manager without knowing the finance aspect of it like mortgage, loans, etc, unless u get into the human resourece area
