What are the most important skills and capabilities of management and staff to operate internationally?

Doing an export plan if anyone could answer any of these questions for me would really help, thanks:

1 - what are the most important skills and capabilities of management and staff to operate internationally?

2 -鈥?what is the company doing to demonstrate the level of commitment to international operations by senior management?

3 - How do you maintain your international business relationships?

4 - What are some contacts in the foreign country that could help you? (marble exporting business)

5 - what Resources (managerial, operational, financial) are you using to export?What are the most important skills and capabilities of management and staff to operate internationally?
I used to work at an exporting marble company.I'll try to help you:

1. Have a good logistics department to comply with clients delivery details and materials requested

2. Participating in International fairs, maintaining a live network of contacts in several countries; constant visits and trips;

3. Through visits and meeting abroad and locally, also by promoting new products along the network

4. Marble associations all over ... depends on the products you plan to sell and to what type of application

5. Logistics, not much just my local team, and outsource the bureacratic stuff, financial ... have L/C and other guarantees working ...
