What is the best project management software?

I'm going to invest in some project management software, but I'm looking for ideas. I need basic software to get organized, but also something would integrate well with a graphics and web business. Thanks! What is the best project management software?
I like Project KickStart ($199.00). It works very well and is a lot cheaper than Microsoft Project ($509.99).
There is a new online Project Management and Collaboration software available, I e-mailed them and the cost is much cheaper ranges from $4.99 per month all the way to $159 per month for unlimited projects.

Probably the best I've seen when it comes to speedy workflow, especially because it comes with loads of other tools like Sales CRM, Service Support, Documents and Reports, is Hardtree. There's a 30 day free trial at http://www.hardtree.com

There are lots of good options, but for a graphics/web type of business, I'd suggest a Web-based system that you can later use with clients or other team members as you grow to share files, tasks, and deadlines.

We use ClientSpot for this (http://www.myclientspot.com).
