What do you do when you want a management position, but it requires previous management experience?

I've been looking for manager positions so I can work my way through college. The problem is that all of the ones I go for want you to have management experience already. How can I get any experience if the requirement is having experience?What do you do when you want a management position, but it requires previous management experience?
