I had a townhouse in Central NJ that I sold 3 years ago. No pool or courts! Nothing but a playground and they cut grass, snow plowed and trash removal. There was 80 units from 1 bed to 3 bed. I had a 2 bed and was there 8 years. It started at $115.00 per month. (1 bed was $95 and 3 bed was $135) By the time I left it was $180.00 per month and they still didn't do anything extra. How much does your neighborhood homeowners association management company charge?
Louisiana, approx 150 homes, a fair number do not pay their dues and it's being worked on. $300 annually to mow the common areas, keep the gates working and intervene when a rat dog owner, who knows I'm about to kill it keeps letting out to bark for long periods of time about 25 feet from my house.
